Registration

Once your paper is accepted the registration PROCESS begins. The author/Co-author needs to complete following steps

Step 1 - Registration Fee

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and in IJCA Journal. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes the CD media of the Proceedings, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks.

Step 2 - NCCDS 2019 Registration form
All the registered participants/authors are eligible for the Conference proceedings. When the particpants are coming for the presentation, they have to produce the original College ID card/ Bonafide certificate from the Head of the Institution.

Send your completed registration form along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments to the conference Email:-ecevents@gsss.edu.in, on or before11th April 2019.

If DD is drawn then it is to be sent to The Principal, GSSSIETW, KRS Road, Mysuru on or before April 11 2019.

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission
You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard format of IJCA. Camera Ready paper must follow the common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection. All camera ready papers must be submitted in MS WORD file format only (PDF is NOT accepted) which can be downloaded from Call for Papers.
