Journal Publication

All papers must be formatted as per requirements of IJCA Journal http://www.ijcaonline.org/

Papers must be mailed to the e-mail ID :ecevents@gsss.edu.in

                                            

The papers will be reviewed and the contents will be verified against any sort of plagiarism. (<20%).

​

Once manuscript is selected for publication, the authors must submit the copyright transfer document. Atleast one author registration is compulsory for each accepted paper.

Selected Papers will be Published in International Journal of Computer Applications (IJCA)

​

Some of the Best Selected and Presented papers will be submitted to BJIT - International Journal of Information Technology, Published by Springer Nature and enlisted in the approved list of UGC. Decision will be taken by the Editorial Committee, with the consent of Advisory and Technical Review Committee with the following Terms and Conditions

  1. Papers having overall Similarity Index less than 20% and not more than 05% from a single source (with not more than 05 consecutive words matching) shall only be considered for our Journal. We will be checking the plagiarism using i-Thenticate / Turnitin software.

  2. Authors of shortlisted Papers, shall be asked to upload their papers online at https://www.editorialmanager.com/BJIT/default.aspx. Due review process shall be undertaken by the Editorial Board, based upon which, the decision shall be communicated to the authors.

  3. Papers upto 06 pages shall be published FREE of COST. However, additional 02 pages can be considered, if required, for publication with over length page charges, of Rs. 2,000/- (for Indian participants) and US$ 100/- (for International participants) per page.

  4. Papers shall be published in both; Soft copy as well as Hard Copy. Soft copy of the Journal shall be made available under subscription model through Springer CS package. However, authors / organizers shall be given three hard copies of the Journal, FREE of COST.

  5. Both; Organizers and Authors shall need to sign the agreement and transfer the copyrights of the accepted papers to BVICAM, New Delhi for publication in BJIT.

  6. Final Acceptance of the Papers, after due review process, shall be communicated to the authors, only after the papers have been presented in the conference and a confirmation to this effect is submitted to us by the organizer.

  7. The Editorial Board reserves the right of rejecting any paper at any stage of its consideration.

  8. Papers will be considered if the papers have not been published, elsewhere, in any form or extended version of the papers, with minimum 70% new content and different title (if the papers have been published, elsewhere, in any form).
